Ajay Kumar of Jammu was discriminated in the recruitment process done by the Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission in 2017 and till date Ajay Kumar could not get justice. Even today he is raising his voice a lot, but nothing is being heard from anywhere.

If we talk in brief, then the matter is such that Ajay Kumar, who hails from the border area of ​​Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir, filled the form for Assistant Professor Geography in 2017 in which Jammu and Kashmir Public Service commission did not call Ajay Kumar for the interview under a well-thought-out conspiracy, while Ajay Kumar was named in the merit list and one Saima Ali, who was not named in the merit list, was called for the interview.

When the interview took place for the first time in 2019, in which Ajay Kumar was not called in the interview, Ajay Kumar had filed an RTI that Saima Ali, who was open merit, was given to Ajay Kumar in the ALC category. Was called for interview on the spot.

Ajay Kumar had asked in RTI that under which category he has been called, in which he i.e. Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) did not give any satisfactory answer, said that the selection process is not completed yet and the information sought is third party information that cannot be provided. When Ajay Kumar raised his voice (Written to PMO, President Secretariat, Home Ministry, Social Justice and Empowerment Ministry, CBI, Anti Corruption Bureau, HRD Ministry, Div Com Jammu, MP Jugal Kishore Sharma and many more), the social people raised around 400 Video interviews were uploaded on social media that injustice has been done to Ajay Kumar, justice should be done to him, then the interview was conducted again.

This time the Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission again called Prof. Shahab Fazal from Aligarh Muslim University as an expert in the interview board under a conspiracy and he ignored Ajay's merit and selected Qasim Mir because Qasim Mir was the student of Prof. Shahab Fazal. Its proof in a audio recording of Mohammad Qasim Mir in which Qasim admits that Professor Shahab Fazal has asked him 30 questions on the same topic in the interview and has favored him. That audio recording is with Ajay Kumar. A representation with audio recording evidence was given by Ajay Kumar to the Chairman of J&K Public Service Commission but without taking any action, he gave the job of Assistant Professor to Qasim Mir.

Ajay Kumar again filed RTI in January 2021 after the selection list came out that the copy of the document of the person who has been selected should be given along with the details of the conference seminars, research papers and book chapters which he has written, the answer of which should be given by JKPSC has not given yet (May 2021). JKPSC itself had asked to give a representation within a week, when the selection list came, Ajay Kumar gave the representation, but the Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission has not given its answer till date. Interviewing his own student by an expert comes in the conflict of interest. Ajay Kumar wants his voice to be heard and justice to be done with him.
